Car Sales Executive

Overview

Used Car Sales Executive vacancy in Treforest. A fantastic opportunity within a franchise-approved car dealership in Treforest as a result of business expansion.

• Sell used vehicles, accessories, finance, finance-related products and warranties to reach and exceed targets.
• Keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays.
• Resolve queries and collect payment from customers before releasing their new car.
• Explain warranty and service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department, demonstrate car features and provide any other required support.
• Work as part of a team (e.g., reporting to the Brand Manager and collaborating with other Sales Executives, Fleet/B2B Sales Executive and a Business Manager).

• Strong and stable new or used car sales experience (preferably within a franchise-approved dealer environment).
• A desire to produce results, commitment to excellence, ability to build outstanding customer relationships, and genuine passion for the company and the manufacturer.
• Brand-focused, capable of working independently, energetic and committed to seek every sales opportunity.
• A UK driving license with minimal points.
• Ideally reside in or around the Treforest region or within a reasonable commuting distance.

• Starting basic salary of £18,000 per annum with uncapped OTE of £45,800+ per annum based on sales performance, plus an accelerating commission scheme.
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Saturday with a day off every other week and a half-day every other week; no Sundays required.
