EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. If you’re outgoing, full of energy and love talking to people, you’d be better off in sales with EE. You’ll join a lively sales team in our Merthyr contact centre.
We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell. You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker.
