Based in Pontypridd, our team comprises five specialist groups, including the Enablement Team, 0-11 Team, 11+ Team, Eligibility Team, and Occupational Therapy Team. Join us in delivering early intervention, working hand in hand with families and agencies like health and education.

Your primary role will involve conducting eligibility assessments for continuous support and intervention. Importantly, this is not a case-holding role.

• Conduct thorough eligibility assessments for children requiring continual support from the Disabled Children's Service.
