The University of South Wales Students' Union is seeking a Student Support Advisor to provide independent, confidential advice and advocacy to students on academic and welfare matters, working with Union staff and university services. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), with travel between campuses across the USW network.
You will handle complex cases, maintain records under GDPR, and contribute to service development.
