Community Safety Partner – ASB / Community SafetyTemporary Contract via Moxie People

28,018 – GBP
34,551 per annum (pro-rated based on hours)
Moxie People are supporting a housing provider in Wales with an experienced ASB-focused Community Safety Partner to join the Community Safety team on a short-term basis.
This is an immediate-start role covering a small patch for approximately 4–8 weeks. You’ll be stepping into a frontline position where you’ll lead on anti-social behaviour case management, support tenants, and work closely with partner agencies to maintain safe, sustainable communities.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll manage a caseload of around 20–25 active ASB cases, respond to reports, support victims and witnesses, and work restoratively with perpetrators to encourage positive behaviour change. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing ASB cases from initial report through to resolution
- Using restorative and trauma-informed approaches to support tenancy sustainment
- Supporting victims and witnesses, including safety planning and referrals
- Gathering accurate evidence, statements and case documentation
- Liaising with Police, Local Authority teams and solicitors
- Referring perpetrators (including domestic abuse cases) to relevant agencies
- Leading on fly-tipping and litter enforcement protocols
- Investigating fly-tipping concerns and taking enforcement action
- Installing and maintaining ASB equipment (cameras, DVRs, noise monitors)
- Maintaining accurate, GDPR-compliant records
- Working with multi-agency partners to support residents in crisis
- Identifying ASB hotspots, trends and community tensions
- Contributing to early intervention and community safety initiatives
You’ll need to be confident managing a varied ASB caseload and comfortable working independently. We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong ASB case management experience and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience working with Police, Local Authority and other statutory partners
- Ability to handle complex cases and challenging conversations
- Experience of restorative and trauma-informed practice
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Good IT skills and accurate record keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service already in place (essential due to short contract)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
