Are you passionate about creating seamless connections between systems? As a Senior Middleware Developer at Gallagher, you’ll play a vital role in designing and maintaining integration services that ensure smooth communication between core systems like Salesforce and internal applications. Your work will empower our teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions and risk management strategies that make a difference in people’s lives.

• Develop and maintain robust API-based integrations using microservices architecture to connect critical systems.
• Build scalable and secure services using Adeptia tools, Java, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with architecture and integration teams to define reusable components and standards that drive efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Create clear technical documentation for services, workflows, and transformations to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize integration performance while ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements, including SOX standards.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to solve complex integration challenges. You’ll bring:

• Technical expertise: 4+ years of experience in Java, microservices, and API-based integrations.
• Hands‑on skills:
  Proficiency with Adeptia Connect or Adeptia Suite, and a strong understanding of REST, SOAP, message brokers, and integration patterns.
• Collaborative mindset:
  Experience working with Salesforce and other application teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Language skills:
  Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
