Package:
- Hours: 8.30am to 5.30 pm / 40 hour contract
- Salary: £25,500 to £27,500 per annum (depending on experience)
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
- Key loop Drive/ CDK experience would be an advantage
- Competence in excel
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Ability to use your own initiative, multi-task and manage workload
- Work collaboratively and well in a team environment
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
Job Description:
- Daily banking and reconciliations - ensuring all transactions are processed accurately within the required time frames
- General cashbook – including the identification, recording, and processing of all incoming and outgoing payments including manufacturer entries
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and authorisation of all transactions
- Credit control - communication with customers to manage outstanding payments professionally and proactively
- Prepare and report various debtors
- Answering calls promptly and professionally, supporting suppliers, customers, and internal colleagues with clear and confident communication
- All filing as necessary
