The Role – Audit Assistant Manager

As Audit Assistant Manager, you’ll take a hands-on role in managing audit assignments while supporting audit quality and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, leading and delivering external audit assignments
• Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards
• Acting as a key point of contact for audit clients
• Supervising, coaching and reviewing the work of Audit Seniors and trainees
• Supporting Managers with audit planning, budgets and workflow
• Assisting with statutory accounts preparation where required
• Managing deadlines and ensuring audits are delivered efficiently
• Supporting continuous improvement in audit processes
