Are you a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for organisation and a passion for customer service? If so, our client in Poole is looking for a Receptionist to manage their front desk and provide essential support to their administration team.

As the Receptionist, you ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Manage phone calls, providing helpful information and directing queries as needed
  • Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Support the wider office team with various administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring the reception and meeting areas are always well-presented

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
