• Assist with the preparation and delivery of workshops with various teams, helping to organise and coordinate these, take notes, save and distribute the outputs of the workshops.
• Use your methodical administration skills to keep documents, notes and logs organised and saved appropriately on SharePoint and in other locations.
• Work to ensure that compliance documentation aligns with specific processes.
• Work with a range of internal and external customers and authorities.
• Provide administrative and technical support across compliance activities relating to our lifeboats and their launch and recovery equipment.

• Experience working in an engineering, safety, compliance or documentation-focused environment.
• An awareness of technical hazards (the sort you might find when operating heavy equipment, machinery or boats and their equipment).
• Strong organisation and administration skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
