Sales Administrator

Job Location:

Tower Park, Poole, Dorset

Job Type: Permanent

Salary:
Up to £27,000 per annum

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm & Friday 7.30am – 1pm

(if these hours do not suit, please do get in touch as we are recruiting for similar roles that can offer 8.30am – 5pm & 9am – 5pm)

A well-established manufacturing company in Poole is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their friendly, busy team.

Working as part of a small team you will be supporting the business undertaking calls from businesses looking either to purpose the products or wanting support / guidance from you.

This is a really good business within modern premises based at Tower Park with plenty of parking.

This role would suit someone who has experience of offering customer service and support within a telephone, office based role previously.

The role:

* Process and update customer orders accurately

* Maintain data on the internal system

* Handle customer queries via phone and email

* Provide updates on stock, pricing, and delivery

* Support the Sales / Customer Service team, with processing orders o handling enquiries

* Resolve order or delivery issues promptly

Requirements:

* Previous Administration, Customer Service, Order Processing or Sales Administration experience

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Pleasant telephone manner

* Good customer service skills

* Confident using email, Word, and Excel

* Team player with a positive attitude
