Brownsea Ward is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ward Clerk to join us.
Job Responsibilities- Manage multiple administrative tasks throughout the day, frequently communicating with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and relatives.
- Book patients’ follow‑up appointments and manage patient lists.
- Welcome patients and visitors to the ward, answer appropriate questions, provide relevant information in a sensitive manner, and refer to qualified members of the team as necessary.
- Undertake clerical and administrative duties on behalf of the ward.

Person Specification- Experience working in healthcare and in administration.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of NHS systems.
- Experience with UHD clinical systems.
