Who We Are Seeking
Sunseeker International is seeking a highly organised and detail‑orientated Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our operations function. You will play a key role in workforce administration, reporting, and coordination, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective day‑to‑day operational support. This role suits someone proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
A Day in the LifeAt Sunseeker, no two days are the same. You’ll balance a variety of administrative and coordination activities, from supporting senior leadership and organising operational events to managing workforce data, reporting, and scheduling. You’ll collaborate closely with managers across the business to ensure accurate time and attendance records, support workforce planning, and coordinate activities such as Occupational Health scheduling and site logistics, all aligned to operational delivery.
Although you’ll be based at our Shipyards, you will be expected to travel frequently to other Dorset sites.
- Providing administrative support to Operations leadership, including meeting coordination and documentation
- Maintaining accurate workforce data, including time and attendance and reporting exceptions
- Producing daily and weekly workforce reports to support planning and decision‑making
- Coordinating operational activities such as commissioning bookings and Occupational Health appointments
- Supporting cost and resource administration, including monitoring spend and managing site allocations
- Assisting with operational events, site visits, and communications
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual administration
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within an operations or manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data validation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Experience with Time & Attendance or workforce management systems (desirable)
