Job Description

Location: Altogether Care – Adastral Square, 9 Adastral Rd,

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic Administrator to join our office team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a professional business environment. You will support a range of administrative tasks, helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

Working Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday.

About

The Role
  • Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist in organising meetings, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes.
  • Support payroll functions, ensuring staff are paid correctly and on time.
  • Flexibility to work across the company as required.
  • Assist in various projects and tasks assigned by your line manager, contributing to the successful completion of business objectives.
About You
  • Punctual and professional in all aspects of your work.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Willing to take direction and follow instructions.
  • Understand the role and show enthusiasm to learn about the social care sector.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR principles.

DBS Requirement: All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. Criteria applies.
