Patient Services Clerk - £12.71PH - Part Time

We're working with a busy healthcare practice looking to recruit a Patient Services Clerk to join their friendly and professional team. This is a varied role combining reception, patient-facing customer service, and general administration. You'll be one of the first points of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and efficient service while supporting the wider practice team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients, manage appointments, and handle enquiries professionally Provide general administrative support to clinicians and the wider practice Update and maintain accurate patient records and registrations Process incoming and outgoing post, emails, and documentation Support reception cover and ensure patient areas are maintained Assist with clinical administration and patient information as required Support the smooth running and security of practice premises Requirements:
Previous customer service or administration experience Excellent communication and telephone skills Strong IT skills with good attention to detail Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure Full UK driving licence - travel between multiple practice sites is required What's on
