Sales Administrator

We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to provide administrative support across sales, business development, compliance and general business operations.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity, ideally suited to someone looking for 20 - 25 hours per week. Hours can be arranged around your availability, including school hours if preferred. The office is open from 7am5.30pm and hours must be worked within these hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team.
• Maintain accurate sales records, trackers and opportunity pipelines.
• Research potential clients, contacts and future business opportunities.
• Ability to search tender portals to highlight opportunities and liaise with the business development team
• Assist with preparing quotations, presentations and other sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, files and databases.
• Support client communications and general business correspondence.
