Talent Guardian is recruiting an Administrator for a client with a busy customer service team in Poole. This role would suit someone positive and outgoing who enjoys supporting colleagues and keeping day-to-day work organised.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the customer service team with a range of administrative duties.
Keeping records and customer information accurate and up to date.
Helping with enquiries, paperwork and follow-up tasks.
Working closely with colleagues to keep work moving smoothly.
Managing your workload and adjusting priorities as new requests come in. What we're looking for
Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
A positive, outgoing attitude and a willingness to help.
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
A structured approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
The ability to change priorities and stay calm in a busy environment.
Clear communication and a collaborative approach
