We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site automotive group to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician for their busy dealership in Poole. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Accurately completing job cards and service documentation
• Identifying and reporting any additional work required
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)
• A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Basic salary of up to £36,000 DOE
• Performance bonus with OTE of up to £45,000
• Monday to Friday working hours - no weekends
