MOT Tester

We are assisting our client in recruiting a highly skilled MOT Tester to join a reputable workshop in Poole. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a well-established team, delivering high-quality vehicle inspections and light technical work. The ideal MOT Tester will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in vehicle maintenance, hold a Level 3 qualification, and possess a valid MOT licence.

• Competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Conduct MOT inspections efficiently and accurately
• Perform light technical work and vehicle servicing as required
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and legal requirements
• Maintain and update vehicle records accurately

• MOT Tester qualification with a valid MOT licence
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vehicle diagnostics or MOT testing
• Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
