We’re expanding our high-end commercial footprint and seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager with at least three years of industry experience to drive new business and strengthen relationships across the luxury sector.

• Generate high-value new business across luxury print, bespoke packaging, and finished graphic solutions
• Build and nurture relationships with forward-thinking brands, creative agencies, retailers and high-end manufacturers.
• Lead consultative conversations that position Dayfold as the go-to partner for luxury print & packaging
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals and pitches align with clients’ strategic and creative objectives
• Represent Dayfold at industry events and help elevate our profile across target markets

• A must have proven track record in business development or senior sales within luxury print, packaging, or related creative industries
• A strong network within high-end brands, design agencies, retailers or premium product sectors
• Commercial confidence and the ability to influence at senior levels
• A passion for premium craftsmanship, tactile experiences and brand storytelling
• A consultative sales approach with strong negotiation and relationship skills
