We’re hiring for multiple seasonal positions with recruitment starting mid-March 2025 to support our Poole-to-Jersey and St Malo-to-Jersey services. We’re looking for committed individuals to join our Deck Engineering and Onboard Services teams for the 2026 operating season. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, reliable and high‑quality service for both our crew and passengers.

We’re seeking professionals who:

• Have all relevant STCW
  95 certifications for their role.
• Are competent in essential muster duties
  .
• Can uphold high standards of safety, service and operational reliability
  .
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Can work effectively under strict deadlines in dynamic and pressurized environments
  .
• Show initiative, flexibility and a team‑oriented attitude
  .
• Remain calm under pressure and approach challenges positively.
• Fluent in English
  .
• Live within a reasonable daily commute to Poole, UK
  .
• For Onboard Services roles: strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are essential. Prior onboard service experience, especially on High‑Speed Craft, is an advantage but not essential.
