About the role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Internal Consultant to join us, working as part of our Internal Consultancy Team. You will support a portfolio of change projects by conducting thorough investigations, modelling scenarios, and providing evidence-based recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. This role is pivotal in diagnosing complex organisational challenges, identifying root causes, and evaluating the necessity and impact of change.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to understand business challenges, gathering relevant data to apply structured problem-solving methodologies to dissect complexity and identify systemic causes.
- Evaluating the need for business change by exploring multiple options, scenarios, and potential outcomes, highlighting trade-offs, risks and dependencies.
- Acting as a partner to front-line services to explicitly identify impacts on their teams and volunteers to ensure proposed changes deliver on customer needs and absorbability are considered comprehensively.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A certificate in Business Change Management, Business Analysis, Lean/Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in organisational change management, business improvement initiatives, business analysis or strategy roles.
