South Coast HQ (Hybrid Working Available). Salary: £100k+ base, £20k+ OTE, plus car allowance and benefits.
We’re partnering with a leading industrial solutions provider to find a strategic, people-focused Sales Manager to lead a newly merged division. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a business that’s grown from £6m to nearly £70m in turnover, and is now poised for its next chapter.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of 4 BDMs, 9 ACMs, and support staff.
- Drive strategic growth across national accounts and utilities.

- Streamline processes and reduce admin drag to boost agility.
- Collaborate with onboarding and tenders teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Deliver against a 10% YoY revenue growth target.
- Has a proven track record in leading B2B sales teams, ideally in industrial or consultative sectors.
- Is commercially astute, with a passion for client success and team development.
