Job responsibilities for the Client Relationship Manager
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, both internally and externally
- Nurture an account to ensure it grows to its full potential
- Work closely with clients and be supportive and involved with their strategic planning
- Research and understand product availability and stay up to date on industry trends
- Source products in response to clients’ requests anticipate future needs.
- Analyse each customers’ accounts to assess and identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability
- Work closely with other departments within the business to ensure customer expectations are met and products are delivered within specified deadlines
- Conduct regular reviews of pricing and opportunities for margin growth and price increases
- Be confident dealing with client enquiries and be able to provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner
