A construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Poole for a high-profile commercial-to-residential redevelopment project. The successful candidate will serve as the daily commercial lead on site, managing cost control, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, proficiency in procurement and contract administration, and must be available for full-time work on site.
Significant project experience over £10m is preferred.
