Location:
Poole, Dorset Salary: £60,000 £ 85,000 DOE + bonus (flexible for the right candidate) + 25 days holiday + Car Allowance + Pension Blaymires Recruitment is representing a well-established and growing construction company based near Poole. Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly and professional team. The company has projects located in both Dorset & Hampshire currently with more than 80 residential units in Weymouth, 35+ in Warsash and 15+ in Southbourne.
This is a key role, offering the opportunity to take full commercial ownership of projects and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, financially efficient construction schemes.
The Role You will manage project costs from inception through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure budgets are controlled, risks are managed, and contractual obligations are met.
