• £35,000 – £55,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aBuilding Surveyorto join a well-established consultancy in Poole. This role offers excellent career development prospects, working alongside the Directors on a diverse range of projects across the Commercial, Industrial, and Residentialsectors.

Full APC support and training will be provided to enable career progression to fullMRICSmembership.

• Mix of professional and project-based work
• Contract administration & Employers Agent project supervision
• Undertaking building inspections (Building Surveys, Measured Surveys, Dilapidations inspections)
• Preparing Building Survey / Condition reports
• Preparing Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, and assisting with negotiations
• Service of Party Wall Notice sand negotiation/preparation of Party Wall Awards
• Preparation, checking, and reporting of Tenders for building work
• Preparing detailed Specifications of Work

• Relevant degreein Building Surveying or similar
• Minimum 2 yearsof Building Surveying experience in the commercial sector
• Full driving licencerequired
• Based within commuting distance of Poole, or looking to relocate
• Seeking along-term rolein a growing business

• £35,000 – £55,000 DOE
