Project Coordinator​/Assistant Project Manager

A well-established and growing regional construction contractor is seeking a motivated Project Coordinatoror Assistant Project Manager to join their expanding team in Dorchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within construction management, with a clear progression route into Project Management.

Working across a variety of high-quality residential and commercial construction projects, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

• Supporting the successful delivery of construction projects
• Coordinating project documentation, schedules, and communications
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Assisting with procurement, project planning, and progress tracking
• Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous construction experience or trade background
• Exposure to project coordination, site administration, or similar roles
