At Decrobond, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership - building strong customer relationships, developing detailed technical quotations, visiting sites, attending pre-start meetings and helping projects move successfully from enquiry through to delivery.

The role:

This is detailed technical estimating, where accuracy, compliance and commercial awareness really matter. You'll:
Assess drawings, specifications and customer requirements. Prepare accurate, detailed quotations. Follow up opportunities and negotiate with customers. Provide technical advice on Decrobond products. Visit customer sites and attend pre-start meetings. Process orders and manage amendments. Support Senior Management with quotes, projects and client updates. Liaise with production, suppliers and other departments through to delivery. Use Hub Spot to track orders and activity.

Get involved in special projects with the Commercial Director.

What we're looking for:

Fire door experience would be ideal, but we're equally interested in strong technical estimators from construction-related industries such as joinery, commercial furniture, kitchens or fit-out. You'll need a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of technical specifications and compliance, and the confidence to build relationships and negotiate with customers. Just as importantly, you'll be ambitious, self-motivated and comfortable being trusted to manage your own workload and achieve results.
