We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer who’s ready to craft world‑class digital experiences, the kind that make people stop, click, and remember. You’ll work across websites, interactive platforms, and branded digital environments that blend design excellence with technical execution.

This role is for a hands‑on creative who loves turning ideas into beautifully functional design systems. You’ll collaborate closely with our CCO, CTO, and wider creative and development teams to create work that is conceptually sharp, pixel‑perfect, and strategically sound.

You’ll push the boundaries of what digital design can do, crafting not just beautiful interfaces, but memorable brand experiences that feel alive in motion and interaction.

• Lead the visual design of websites, interactive platforms, and branded digital experiences.
• Translate creative direction and strategy into refined, modern, and scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between design and build.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and motion concepts that bring ideas to life.
• Present and articulate design rationale clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain design consistency and excellence across all digital outputs.
• Mentor and support junior designers, sharing knowledge and setting creative standards.
• Stay curious, explore emerging tools, technologies, and aesthetics that keep Beep’s design output industry‑leading.

• 5+ years of experience designing digital experiences within an agency or studio environment.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, with strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and front‑end principles to support effective developer collaboration.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour, and motion.
• Strong conceptual thinking, from campaign storytelling to system‑level design.
• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms.
• Confidence presenting ideas to both creative peers and senior stakeholders.
• Awareness of accessibility and UX best practices.
• Collaborative mindset, with proven experience working alongside strategists, developers, and project managers.
• Organised, detail‑driven, and passionate about your craft.
