Internal Sales - Job Description

Location:

Hamworthy/Poole

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our busy office team in a sales support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a steady, office‑based position.

• Speaking with customers by phone and email
• Helping prepare quotes and process orders
• Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed
• Supporting the wider sales team with day‑to‑day tasks
• Keeping records accurate and up to date

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking to people and providing good customer service
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Able to work well as part of a team

No specialist product knowledge is required –

Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. We welcome applications from people looking to develop their skills or move into an office‑based role.

Hours:

Mon‑Fri 9-5pm, 37.5 hours.

Free parking. Company pension scheme.

Holiday: 20 days holiday, rising at 1 day per year to a max 25 days after 5 years continuous service (PLUS bank holidays). You also get your birthday day off as holiday (subject to conditions).

Experience:

1 year minimum experience in a sales office/customer service helpful.

Existing Qualifications (Edu/Certs/Driving): GCSE or equivalent.
