Customer Experience Associate

We're recruiting for a Customer Experience Associate to join a busy customer service team based in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced office environment.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries while ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and customer-focused. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve queries, manage orders, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.

  • Manage customer enquiries, orders, deliveries, returns, and complaints.

  • Update and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.

  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries.

  • Monitor customer orders and provide regular updates.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

  • Produce accurate documentation and maintain system records.

  • Support the wider customer service team with day-to-day operations.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.

  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
