The RoleWorking within a specialist client services division, you will act as a trusted advisor to a diverse and established customer base, ensuring they receive tailored support. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement:
Handling inbound enquiries, building genuine rapport, and understanding specific client requirements. - Tailored Problem Solving:
Assessing individual client needs and crafting custom, bespoke service packages rather than taking a generic approach. - Account Management:
Making mid‑term adjustments to existing client accounts, updating records, and issuing essential documentation accurately. - Financial Support:
Handling payments securely, assisting with initial account queries, and contacting customers professionally regarding outstanding balances. - Team
Collaboration:
Supporting the wider client services team with essential administration and maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
