Here at Bournemouth & Poole College , we are looking for a Welcome Team Adviser on a full time permanent basis working 37 hours per week. In return, you will receive a competitive annual salary of £25,011.
The Role The Welcome Team Adviser plays a key role in delivering an efficient admissions service, responding to enquiries from parents/carers, students and staff while supporting the admissions process from start to finish. What you'll be doing Handling student applications, maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing a high standard of customer service throughout the admissions journey.
Key Responsibilities Manage a designated caseload of prospective students throughout their journey from application to enrolment, providing accurate information, advice and guidance on admissions processes while promoting a positive and welcoming experience. Process and maintain student applications, ensuring all information and supporting documentation is complete and accurate, and update application statuses throughout the admissions cycle. Act as the first point of contact for applicant enquiries via telephone, email, face-to-face, Whats App and other communication channels, providing timely and professional support.
Prepare and send admissions communications, including application updates, interview invitations, offer information and guidance on next steps. Support applicants, parents/carers and schools throughout the admissions process, including facilitating campus tours and providing information on courses, entry requirements and college services Assist with enrolment activities, student registration and pre-enrolment onboarding activity, ensuring applicants receive relevant information and updates before joining the College.
