Order Processor

Location: Broadstone

Talent Guardian is recruiting an experienced Order Processor to join a well-established business in Poole.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys coordinating orders, maintaining accurate records and working closely with colleagues to meet customer expectations.

You'll ensure sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently, helping products reach customers on time.

What you'll be doing
 
Process sales orders using internal systems and customer ordering channels.
Check order details to ensure information is complete, accurate and meets customer requirements.
Work closely with the internal account support team to coordinate orders and deliveries.
Keep Sales, Operations and Support teams informed of urgent orders and any actions required.
Handle order-related enquiries, investigate issues and coordinate solutions.
Maintain accurate order records and data across internal systems.  What we're looking for
 
Previous experience in order processing or a similar sales administration role.
Strong customer service skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data.
Good IT skills, including experience using order entry, CRM or sales order systems.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and building relationships across teams.
A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
