South Coast Medical Group is recruiting a Salaried GP & Clinical Lead for the Marine & Oakridge Surgery in Dorset. The role covers six sessions weekly (Mon, Tue, Thu) and combines GP duties with site leadership, clinical governance and staff management.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering face-to-face, telephone and video consultations, home visits and clinical administration while supporting audit, QOF and service improvements.
