• Support and guide SEN staff, offering professional development and fostering a collaborative approach.

• A qualified teacher with experience in SEN leadership or coordination.
• A deep understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
