Pastoral Support Worker
Welcome to The Cornerstone Academy, a small, friendly secondary school that believes that high quality education lies at the heart of its community. Students at the academy enjoy coming to school and want to do well. This ethos has been accomplished through a shared belief, by both staff and students, in high expectations, positive relationships, and enthusiasm in teaching and learning.
Here at The Cornerstone Academy, we believe that all students deserve the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their background. Through constant support and challenge, we achieve this aim. People often say, after their first visit, how distinctive the academy is, how pioneering we are and yet also how our care and compassion clearly permeates through everything we do.
Imagine then, how transformative that environment is for the children who study and grow into adults here. This is an exciting time to join The Cornerstone Academy. You will have the opportunity to work with a staff team that is supportive, professional, and dedicated to providing the best for our students. The academy is expanding in student numbers, and this has led to increased opportunities for staff and students.
If you share our ambition of providing the very best teaching and learning and you are seeking an exciting, challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this role.
