Digital Designer (HTML/CSS) | Hybrid, Poole | £45,000

A globally recognised technology distributor powering innovation across industries is seeking a Digital Designer (HTML/CSS) to support the continued growth of its digital marketing and ecommerce presence.

As Digital Designer
, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality digital and print marketing assets that align with corporate branding and campaign objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll contribute to email marketing, landing pages, and promotional activity while balancing creativity with technical execution. This role combines strong design fundamentals with hands‑on HTML and CSS capability.

Key responsibilities
  • Create digital and print marketing materials across a variety of campaigns and projects
  • Design graphics for internal and external customers while maintaining corporate branding guidelines
  • Build and troubleshoot marketing emails using HTML and CSS
  • Create and maintain landing pages for campaigns and promotions
  • Collaborate in design sessions to understand business requirements and campaign objectives
  • Manage workload effectively, multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Support company quality processes and uphold professional standards at all times
    Represent the business in a professional and trustworthy manner
  • Undertake additional duties as required
Experience required
  • Degree in Art, Design, Communication, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong HTML and CSS skills, particularly for email design and landing pages
  • Proven experience creating digital marketing materials
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience working on Mac‑based systems
  • Knowledge of front‑end technologies such as JavaScript is advantageous
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Eloqua or similar) is beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive approach with a solid understanding of graphic design principles
  • High professional standards with integrity and confidentiality
