Requirements
  • Experience working with students with SEN, either in a school or care setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student’s progress
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents
Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised support to a student with SEN, both in and out of the classroom
  • Assist in implementing individualised learning plans designed by the SEN coordinator
  • Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student, promoting their social and emotional development
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the student’s education
