Position Details

Fixed‑term roles linked to SEN funding. Grade D (Points 5‑6).

Salary £25,584 – £25,989 per annum pro‑rated.

Hours:

28.75 per week at Infant schools (8:30‑15:00, 45‑minute lunch) and 30 per week at Junior schools (8:30‑15:15, 45‑minute lunch).

Job Description

Working across the four schools, you will collaborate with the Head of Inclusion and SEND and teaching staff to implement pupils’ Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and provide one‑on‑one or small‑group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs.
  • Assist with implementation of EHCPs.
  • Deliver one‑on‑one or small‑group support in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to support inclusion.
