Assistant Family and Pupil Support WorkerWe are seeking to appoint a committed Assistant Family and Pupil Support Worker to join our positive and highly skilled team. The school is part of the Coastal Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust, a vibrant, collaborative Trust of twenty schools working together around shared goals, values and aspirations.
Role OverviewThe Assistant Family and Pupil Support Worker will offer early pastoral, behavioural, EAL and SEND interventions, preventative support, guidance and advice to improve outcomes for children, young people and families within a school context, through working in partnership with pupils, families and other agencies. They need to be able to work individually, and as part of the Inclusion and Safeguarding teams, to support the overall Christian vision and values of the school.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver early pastoral support for pupils
- Provide behavioural interventions and support
- Offer EAL and SEND interventions and preventative support
- Give guidance and advice to families and students
- Collaborate with Inclusion and Safeguarding teams
- Work in partnership with pupils, families and other agencies
