• Paid to scale (M1–M6 depending on experience)
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Create a positive classroom environment where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
• Is reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous professional development
