Victoria School in Poole is seeking a Deputy Head of Student Services to lead wellbeing, inclusion and support for students with complex needs. You will work with the Head of Student Services to shape a nurturing environment and champion voices of learners with ASC, PMLD and other neurodiverse profiles.
As DDSL you will promote safeguarding, support families and ensure high standards of pastoral care. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on support for students, families and staff.
