About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Lead to join our SEND Support team and play a key role in supporting students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

As an Inclusion Lead, you will work directly with a diverse caseload of students, helping them successfully navigate their college journey and achieve their individual outcomes. Acting as a key worker and advocate, you will collaborate with teaching staff, support staff, parents, carers and external professionals to ensure students receive the right support at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and supporting a designated caseload of students with SEND and EHCPs throughout their time at College.
• Acting as a key worker and advocate, ensuring students receive personalised, effective and person-centred support.
• Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, Academic Support Assistants (ASAs), families and external professionals to promote positive outcomes.
