We are seeking to appoint a
** Teaching Assistant (level
3)
** where the successful candidate may work within our specialist SEN provision, a whole class, with small groups of children or on a 1:1 basis. Ideally, the successful candidate shall have the following:
* Previous experience as a school-based TA
* Experience with supporting SEND children
* Strategies to support independent learning

Our ideal candidate would have the ability to motivate and encourage children; be enthusiastic, responsible and would enjoy working with children. They should have good inter-personal skills and a desire to support children with their learning; promote high standards of behaviour and believe that all children can succeed. The post holder must have English and Maths GCSE grade C or above.
