Senior​/Mid Product support engineer-electrical​/electronics

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. The Product Support team, an essential extension of the Production Engineering team, delivers integrated engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-value technical support to Engineering, Operations, Quality, Project Delivery, and Customer Support functions
Address issues and make incremental updates to extend product lifecycle, increase reliability, and reduce costs
Ensure product compliance with evolving standards
Integrate customer feedback for continuous improvement
Support both post-design and new product development phases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offering
Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and effective technical solutions

Job Requirements:

Experience in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in CAD software
Understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
