Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. The Product Support team, an essential extension of the Production Engineering team, delivers integrated engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.

• Provide high-value technical support to Engineering, Operations, Quality, Project Delivery, and Customer Support functions
• Address issues and make incremental updates to extend product lifecycle, increase reliability, and reduce costs
• Ensure product compliance with evolving standards
• Integrate customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Support both post-design and new product development phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offering
• Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and effective technical solutions

• Experience in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software
