Who

We Are Seeking

We are looking for an Interior Design and Development Project Engineer who is passionate about design, engineering, and product development. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys bridging the gap between design, planning, procurement, and production to ensure innovative concepts are successfully brought to life.

You will be a proactive problem solver with strong project delivery experience, capable of working collaboratively across multiple departments while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Whether your background is in marine, engineering, or product design, you'll be motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the creation of some of the world’s finest luxury motor yachts.

A Day in the Life

As an Interior Design and Development Project Engineer, you'll work closely with designers, planners, procurement teams, and production colleagues to support the successful delivery of both new and bespoke interior projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring designs are translated into manufacturable solutions while maintaining quality, efficiency, and commercial viability.

Your day could involve reviewing Bills of Materials, supporting customer special installations, resolving technical queries from production teams, collaborating with suppliers, and assisting with new model introductions. You'll also support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to standardise components and processes across product ranges while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the build process.

Working at the centre of the design and manufacturing process, you'll have the opportunity to influence product development and help deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative interior solutions.

  • Creating and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BoMs) to support planning and manufacturing activities.

  • Assisting with customer‑specific design modifications and special installations.
  • Ensuring drawings and build specifications are correctly interpreted and adhered to throughout production.
  • Supporting new model introduction activities and engineering change implementation.
  • Maintaining departmental documentation, including technical specifications and master drawing lists.
  • Identifying opportunities to standardise components and improve manufacturing processes across yacht ranges.
  • Resolving design and production issues by working closely with stakeholders across the business.
