Senior Finance Business Partner

What will the Senior Finance Business Partner role involve?

Provide high-quality financial insight, analysis and decision support to production-focused departments and major projects
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for your areas, working closely with stakeholders to understand drivers and risks
Act as a trusted finance presence at departmental and project meetings, offering constructive challenge and commercial input
Deliver clear, timely management reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
Manage and interpret complex variances to budget, using insight from the central FP&A team to support robust outcomes
Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring finance is embedded in decision-making
Line manage and develop a Finance Business Partner, supporting their delivery and professional growth
Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner role:

Strong experience in finance business partnering, planning and decision support
Confident communicator with the presence to challenge senior stakeholders and make their viewpoint heard
Experience managing or mentoring others, as this role will manage and develop one other person
